Coloured Days

Hello folks,

Lately I tried some new products. They’re a bag, make up kit and macaroons cookies. Umm…quite satisfied with them…let’s take a quick look : 

 My latest collection of sling bag from an online store. You won’t believe the price, it’s under 100K Rupiah. This looks like a trendy-and-expensive oxford or satchel bag, except the flowery cover bag.

 Face foundation called Blemless Balm Cream and Lip Colours product of Caring Martha Tilaar. I am their consumer and the brands has sold the products worldwide and labelled Halal. Btw, the wallet was made in east part of Indonesia, Nusa Tenggara. Lovely.

Macaroons cookies! Didn’t make them but buy them :p. One of trendy cakes besides Rainbow, Velvet, Ombre, Cup Cakes and whatsoever. I like these baby macaroons, they’re crunchy, sweet and able to colour your day :) Altough, still my fave cake is cheese cake from Cizz.

O ya, sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli pastikan pemahaman yang baik terhadap syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Ini penting. Setiap merchant biasanya menerapkan ketentuan yang berbeda satu dengan lainnya dan ada tenggat waktunya. Sayang kan bila voucher yang sudah dibeli keburu kadaluarsa. Syarat dan ketentuan itu misalnya voucher makan di café A berlaku dengan syarat makanan hanya boleh disantap di café tidak untuk dibawa pulang dan hanya berlaku di weekdays saja, sedangkan café B memperbolehkan makanan untuk dibawa pulang serta boleh datang di waktu weekend juga tapi untuk menu tertentu saja yang didiskon. Saya yang sudah punya pengalaman cukup panjang dengan jasa voucher diskon online ini suatu kali pernah setidaknya  dua kali mengalami kejadian tidak enak oleh satu situs sejenis ini. 

Cerita sedikit untuk perbandingan (dan menjadi pembelajaran bagi siapa saja), saya pernah membeli voucher untuk berkuliner di satu café di Bandung, diskonnya 50% waktu bebas dan boleh dine-in atau take-away untuk semua jenis makanan. Ketika hendak menukarkan voucher malah ditolak oleh supervisor café tersebut dengan alasan voucher hanya berlaku di weekend saja, waktu itu saya datang pas weekday. Padahal di voucher dengan jelas tertera bahwa voucher berlaku setiap hari termasuk weekend, si supervisornya sendiri malah mengakui memang ada ketidaksesuaian dan saya tetap tidak bisa menggunakan voucher… Idihhh… Saya pun kemudian komplain melalui telepon ke situs penyedia voucher dan jawabannya adalah ada kekeliruan dan akan dikonfirmasikan pada pihak café tersebut. Di lain waktu saya kembali mendatangi café tersebut kali ini saat weekend bersama seorang teman, and guess what? Café itu sudah tidak ada (!) dan diganti oleh café lain yang manajemennya berbeda, jadi mereka tidak tahu-menahu mengenai voucher diskon itu dan mengeluh banyak orang datang hendak menukarkan voucher juga sama seperti saya. Wah..wah..wah..teman saya jadi mempertanyakan keabsahan  layanan diskon tersebut. Nah, kembali saya telepon situs penyedia voucher dan diberi tahu kalau memang café tutup untuk sementara karena sedang proses pergantian manajemen. Lalu bagaimana nasib voucher saya ya? Mbak CS-nya memberi keterangan bila cafe dalam waktu dekat ini akan beroperasi kembali maka semua customer yang telah membeli voucher akan dikirim e-mail blast yang memberi tahu di mana lokasi baru café untuk menukarkan voucher dengan masa perpanjangan baru, tetapi bila masih lama waktu beroperasi kembalinya maka nilai voucher akan dikembalikan ke kredit akun untuk dipergunakan kembali. Dan hingga hari ini setelah sekitar 7 bulan berlalu, tidak ada sedikit pun kabar yang saya terima. Komplain saya berlanjut melalui sarana e-mail dan forum dengan hasil dicuekin...duhh… Ada yang bilang kalau hak kita dilanggar maka kita boleh menagih hingga tiga kali, bila tidak berhasil juga ya ikhlaskan saja biar Tuhan yang membalas…eh kok jadi curhat begini hehe…   

Pengalaman kedua dengan situs diskon yang sama adalah ketika saya membeli sebuah produk. Produk tersebut bisa diambil di kantor atau dikirimkan bagi yang di luar  kota pada tanggal yang ditentukan. Setelah ditunggu-tunggu produk tidak kunjung datang, forum pun ramai oleh keluhan anggota yang menanyakan barang bahkan sampai ada yang marah-marah gitu deh. Ternyata alasannya adalah barang dari merchant-nya terlambat. Kalau begini sih sebenarnya konsumen tidak apa-apa (cuma loyalitas sedikit berkurang mungkin ya), pengelola situs harus ingat saja untuk mengirim pemberitahuan kondisi yang sebenarnya, sehingga tidak ada istilah harap-harap cemas. 

Tentunya sebagai shopper di internet saya sangat berharap kejadian tidak enak jangan sampai ada di DISKON.com. Apalagi dengan adanya komitmen dari DISKON.com bahwa bila merchant tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya pada Diskoners yang telah membeli voucher maka nilai pembayaran akan dikembalikan. Konsumen tentu akan menaruh harapan besar ketika ia menjadi seorang pelanggan di suatu situs daily deals. Mulai dari sistem yang mudah dan handal untuk diakses, user friendly web, verifikasi pembayaran yang cepat, dan tawaran promosi dari merchant ternama yang hemat dan menguntungkan pastinya. Lokasi penawaran DISKON.com pun ke depannya sebaiknya merambah ke semua kota besar di Indonesia, supaya semakin banyak menjangkau  Diskoners lainnya. Bila mempunyai suatu bisnis yang sedang berkembang, salah satu cara pemasaran ampuh dalam mengenalkan produk bisnis kita tidak lain melalui situs seperti DISKON.com ini.  Menjadi merchant di DISKON.com sama mudahnya dengan menjadi Diskoners, prinsipnya sama hanya berada di sisi sebagai penjual bukan pembeli. Harus melakukan proses pendaftaran dulu dengan pihak admin DISKON.com, setelah resmi menjadi merchant tentukan produk yang akan dijual, besaran potongan harga, jumlah produk yang tersedia, syarat dan ketentuan serta detil produk pastinya. Do you know websites that sell discount voucher in many merchants are now on the trends? I have found at least 8 sites has similar service : providing discount vouchers for food, hotel, spa/beauty, travel, gadget and some kind other products too. I am soooo glad by the their existence…I mean we can now dine or buy products with 50% off or even more! Yeaayy…! Nom..nom…

Well, basicly all of them have the same concept, selling merchants vouchers and they will make profit in every voucher. Buyer must order and pay, after the payment confirmed they send the voucher via e-mail or phone. Buyer must print and show it to the merchant for usage, then just enjoy :D

Writing becomes my sweet escape..so before I write a book I’ll practice by blog writing. I’m not an English native speaker also but once again : practice. There are so many mistakes in vocab and grammar I know…I often realize it after I publish the notes. Well, practice makes perfect while nobody’s perfect J but your skill will improve logically..

 I remember I used to buy clothes from Chinuemart.com, they sold many many affordable stylish outfit. Sadly, they didn’t get online anymore L  And there was Kandang Sapi Buntal (I think they’re still active in FB … maybe) which I ever successfully got a cute limited  mini suitcase flowery-box-bag from them. My friends really envied when I carried out the bag…

Yepp, I’m a bookworm. I usually buy fave books right in this site with 15% discount. Book price in online stores usually the same, they give us 15% disc. from normal price or bigger disc. for several books.  When you order a book you must not pay at that time you have to wait for a confirmation e-mail mention that the book is available.

What I'm Going Through Last Week

Hello…

How’s your weekend?  The 2^nd week of January went by and I still feel “Where’s my passion? What  am I doing here? Can’t wait for weekend” ….*sigh… (didn’t mean to be un-grateful but I still keep looking where I should belong). That’s why I envy them soooo much who has find their way to have fun in their daily activities. Them who don’t feel like working because they know exactly their PASSION and just ACT, usually creative people. Mm.. perhaps I should review them someday yes?

Anyway, for so-not-important news, here’s my lunch on last Friday (tuna crepes and oreo-milk drink). So not proper, I was still hungry hehe..

Then spend the Saturday by shopping at a Venus dept store located on Jalan Gandawijaya (Cimahi, near outside Bandung). I always admire this store as they have gardens with fish pond inside the store. Lovely place. I also find that they provide cheap, cute clothes, bags and so on. I bought some manset and socks (these items prepared for my February journey), underwears, batik blouse and dark grey long  skirt.

Still on the same street, I stopped by at my fave Buana supermarket which also has a garden at the backside of the supermarket.  I filled the basket with my personal supplies such as body lotion, bath foam,  milk, vitamin C, etc.

At the end of the day I met my dentist for monthly dental check-up, I wear bracket FYI.
